In our work managing over 9,500 multifamily housing units, we strive to make a positive impact on the environment and lead ongoing efforts to go green. Taking a local focus, we work together with owners to develop eco-friendly initiatives that are achievable and appropriate for their specific properties, and in some cases, we’re able to use renovation projects to bring a property into LEED certification. From performing building upgrades that promote water and energy conservation to promoting green cleaning methods and alternative transportation, we remain committed to sustainability.
