Arianna Royster

President

Arianna Royster leads Borger Residential as President. In this influential role, she provides strategic guidance and oversees all aspects of operations for the company’s 100+ multifamily properties under management throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Having previously served as the Executive Vice President and Director of Multifamily Housing, Arianna possesses extensive experience and knowledge in managing diverse operations. Her responsibilities have included spearheading leasing and marketing initiatives and implementing comprehensive training and development programs for the organization.

Arianna is a member of the Board of Directors of the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Metropolitan Washington, serves on committees of the National Apartment Association (NAA) as well as the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 2018, she served as President of AOBA and currently serves as Director. Additionally, she serves as the Region 1 Regional Vice President and served as the 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Chair. Notably, she has taught a range of marketing and management courses on behalf of the National Apartment Association and Montgomery College, solidifying her status as a respected authority in the field.

Claudia Good

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Claudia Good is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Donohoe Commercial Real Estate and Borger Residential. She is responsible for managing all accounting operations and leading a seasoned team of accounting professionals in all aspects of the companies’ corporate and client financial reporting functions. This includes monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting & forecasting, audit/tax function oversight, billing and collections, accounts payable, and cash flow management. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the Payroll, Commercial/Residential Lease Administration, and Information Technology departments.
In addition to The Donohoe Companies, Claudia has worked for notable companies such as CarrAmerica Realty Corp, Carr Real Estate Services, Monday Properties, Cafritz Company, and Carr Workplaces.

Claudia is a CPA licensed in the state of MD and brings over 30 years of accounting and leadership experience in the commercial and residential real estate field. She is well versed in all aspects of business planning, process improvement, technology integration, and financial reporting and analysis.

Patricia W. Waddy

Senior Vice President

Pat Waddy brings over 47 years of property management experience to the Borger Residential team. Pat was the Executive Vice President with the Cafritz Company until this portfolio became part of Borger Residential. Pat currently oversees the management of an extensive portfolio of multifamily buildings including over 600 units of subsidized elderly housing.

Pat is licensed as a property manager in Washington DC. She has been recognized many times over the years for excellence in property management.

Timothy E. Taylor

Vice President

Timothy E. Taylor is the VP of the Borger Residential team and has over 21 years of real estate experience. Tim earned the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He also is a licensed real estate agent in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Tim graduated from Duquesne University and holds an MBA from Howard University.

Tim works with Borger Residential’s clients in all facets of operations including multi-family housing and commercial property management.

Akilah Rollocks

Regional Vice President

Akilah Rollocks is a Regional Vice President with Borger Residential. She obtained a degree in property management from Virginia Tech and has gained over 18 years of real estate experience.  Akilah has earned both her Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association and Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.  She also is a licensed real estate agent in the District of Columbia.

Akilah currently oversees a segment of the Borger Residential multifamily/mixed use portfolio where she is responsible for the operational performance and personnel development of her assigned assets.

Tara Mansare

Regional Vice President

Tara Mansare is a Regional Vice President with Borger Residential, she brings over 18 years of real estate expertise. In her role, she leads strategic planning and technology implementation for both current and new business initiatives. Tara is dedicated to ensuring compliance with industry standards and is passionate about advancing technology with a focus on enhancing accessibility for all multifamily residents. Her commitment positions her as a forward-thinking leader in the real estate sector.

Alyx Hill

Regional Director of Operations

Alyx is the Regional Director of Operations for Borger Residential. Alyx has spent 15 years building multi-family expertise and built management competency in a variety of markets including the DMV area, Omaha (NE), Austin (TX), Chicago (IL), & Orlando (FL). Her responsibilities have included both fee-managed and owner-built developments and she has comprehensive experience with lease ups, value adds, and stabilized assets consisting of boutique style, garden style, mid-rise, and high-rise properties located in downtown, urban and suburban markets.

Alyx achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Washington, DC. Alyx earned a BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. When away from the office she continues to hone her strategic planning and adaptability skills by traveling to new places. A personal achievement was accomplishing her goal to enjoy a meal and spend a night in all 50 states.
